NEC Presented Three LCD Low Power Consumption
NEC Display Solutions has announced three low power consumption LCD monitor, replenishing AccuSync series. They are AS191, AS191WM and AS221WM LCD series. The NEC AS191 and AS191WM equipped with 19-inch display monitor, the latest model it is wide format, and NEC AS221WM with the difference being that here the diagonal is 22-inches.
All new NEC products meet the strict standards of ENERGY STAR 5.0 and TCO 5.0, which guarantee low power consumption of devices, and have a silver certificate of electrical compatibility with the environmental standards (Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool, EPEAT). Detail specifications of new NEC monitors AS191WM, AS191 and AS221WM series not published yet.
It is known that devices have 1000:1 contrast ratio and 45 seconds response time. To connect to a PC includes connections, VGA and DVI. In addition, the NEC LCD monitor AS191WM and AS221WM equipped with built-in speaker and headphone connector. The NEC AS221WM 22-inch LCD monitor will go on sale in October for $249. Other models, NEC-AS191 and NEC-AS191WM monitor will be available a month later for $199 and $189 respectively.
