Sony VAIO P-Series was presented a very high-end ultraportable netbook, especially because the price was outside the range of other  Sony Vaio models. In return, their characteristics also made him stand out, and its lightness. The Fujitsu LifeBook UH900 moves within a similar range, but with a screen size still more reduced, only 5,6 inches and has 1366 x 768 pixels resolution. Is it too high for that Fujitsu netbook?

Sony VAIO CW Multimedia Laptop Windows 7

Together with VAIO X, Sony launches VAIO CW, a 14-inch multimedia laptop, featuring an Nvidia graphics card and an Intel processor. The first Sony VAIO CW models appeared today on the Sony Japan official site, in various configurations. Sony VAIO CW features has an Intel Core 2 Duo T6600 at 2.2GHz, 320GB hard drive, Nvidia GeForce GT230M with 512MB of memory or GeForce GT210M with 256MB memory, and up to 4GB DDR3 RAM.

The multimedia profile is instead given a DVD burner or Blu-Ray. The Sony VAIO CW laptop also can be customized with a 500GB hard drive and a Blu-Ray. For screen, Sony VAIO CW boasts 14-inch LED backlight with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. As multimedia notebook / multimedia laptop, Vaio CW has a webcam with microphone and interfaces WiFi 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1, VGA, HDMI, stereo speakers, Ethernet LAN, 3 USB ports, ExpressCard slot, card reader for Memory Stick and Secure Digital, as well as Firewire. Sony VAIO CW has weight only 2.4kg with autonomy announced approximately 4 hours battery life, which can be extended to maximum of 6 hours with secondary battery.

Sony VAIO CW available in many colors, black, white, red, pink and purple, also installed Microsoft Windows 7 for operating system.
