TomTom Start Satellite Navigation Device
According to what appears to be a leak from United Kingdom retailer eXpansys, it seems that TomTom is offering a new satellite navigation device namely TomTom Start. Pointing to enter the market sector, the TomTom Start will be available in UK with price around £120, or about £40 cheaper than the GPS solution that iPhone offered.
Tom Tom Start GPS for European version has a price of £139.99. This device easy to use and has a flat design, a 3.5-inch touch screen and what TomTom has dubbed “simplified menus”, perhaps that use a GPS unit for the first time. The most commonly used options are under the name “just pressing a button”, and the device comes with a new assembly “EasyPort” that helps secure it to the windscreen so ” simple and easy”.
TomTom Start navigation system also offers Smart IQ Routes technology, there MapShare back-up functionality “Help Me” and a wide range of covers are offered separately to customize the look of the Start TomTom, suggesting that the new system aims at the younger audience, to fashion and with less purchasing power.
